Sunil manages the banking relationships at InCred and Debt Capital Markets business. He has 20+ years of experience in banking and finance of which the last 16 were at Deutsche Bank where he managed the institutional relationships for the bank.

Vivek has worked with Yes Bank as Deputy Chief Financial Officer where he was responsible for overall financial management. Prior to this, he worked with Fidelity Investments, London & Standard Chartered in Mumbai.

Mr. Hoshang Sinor
Independent Director

Mr. SINOR is a veteran banker having spent five decades in banking and financial services industry. Graduate in Commerce and Law from Bombay University, he started his banking career in Central Bank of India in 1965, when banking sector was in private sector. In 1969, just prior to bank nationalisation, he made a career move to Union Bank of India, where he worked for 28 years, holding various positions both in the field and the corporate office. In December 1997, he was appointed Executive Director of Central Bank of India. After a short stint of just seven months, he chose to move to a new private sector bank, ICICI Bank, in a similar position. In June 1998, he took over as MD&CEO of ICICI Bank which position he held till 2002. On mega reverse merger of ICICI with ICICI Bank, he became Joint Managing Director of the combined entity. During his long career, Mr. SINOR has seen the Indian banking system evolving from close-knit private sector, to social control to nationalisation and again liberalisation and emergence of new private sector banks. High point of his career was when he became the first Indian banker to list ICICI Bank on New York Stock Exchange.
